The name 'Capriole' is drawn from equestrian tradition — a high-energy leap performed with strength, confidence, and precision. It reflects exactly how we approach every project: with technical mastery, bold execution, and unwavering discipline.
Capriole Construction Co. L.L.C. was established in Dubai in 1976, formerly known as Unity Contracting Company (UNCO) under the Hamarain Group. We are a 100% national general contractor operating across UAE.
Over nearly five decades, we have delivered an extensive portfolio spanning government facilities, defence installations, residential communities, commercial developments, and industrial complexes. Our wholly-owned subsidiary, Capriole Transportation Company - LLC, provides in-group plant and logistics support, and our Precast factory Capriole Construction Products Factory - LLC, established in 2008, also encompasses steel structure manufacturing as well as MEP and Duct workshops and a carpentry workshop.

A commanding leader with 38 years in the construction industry, Mohamed brings 22 years of dedicated service to Capriole. His exceptional leadership and vast field experience have driven the successful delivery of complex, large-scale projects across the UAE.
With 30 years of experience — 28 of them at Capriole — Eyas is a true example of hard work and dedication. His strong ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously and maintain operational standards across all projects makes him an indispensable pillar of the company.
Maged brings 37 years of deep technical knowledge to the table, with 23 years at Capriole. His extensive expertise in pricing, estimation, and technical management ensures projects are won competitively and delivered with precision.
With 34 years of finance experience — 30 of them at Capriole — Muayad is a cornerstone of the company's financial operations. His deep institutional knowledge ensures rigorous cost control, budget integrity, and financial discipline across all active projects.
With 42 years of experience — 30 spent at Capriole — Shawqi is widely recognised as one of the best leaders in the electromechanical field. His mastery of MEP systems and hands-on technical authority set the benchmark for quality on every project.
Ahmed's 24-year career — 22 of which at Capriole — has been defined by intelligent management and proactive early-stage planning. His ability to anticipate challenges and resolve them before they escalate has become a signature strength within the team.
Esameldin brings 27 years of experience and 19 years at Capriole, with an unmatched reputation in government relations across the UAE. His deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks and strong institutional networks are critical to Capriole's operational access and compliance.
Ibrahim leads Capriole's human capital function with 24 years of experience in HR — 22 of which within Capriole. He has been instrumental in introducing modern HR technology and shaping a progressive company culture that supports both people and performance.
